Drawing inspection
The debugging of injection moulds must be prepared according to the notification of the debugging of moulds issued by the external cooperation department or the production department. The first step is to examine the drawings. There are two parts of the drawings, one is the product drawings of the die debugging and the other is the die drawings. Understand the material, geometric size, function and appearance requirements of the product according to the product drawings, such as color, spots, impurities, joints, depressions, etc. According to the drawing of the die, we can know whether the equipment selected for the debugging of the die, the technical parameters are in accordance with the requirements of the die, and whether the tools and accessories are complete. Transfer the drawings to the next process after trial.
Equipment inspection
Check the oil, water, circuit and mechanical movement parts of the equipment used, and maintain the equipment as required; Check the technical parameters of the equipment: the diameter of the positioning ring, the size of the nozzle sphere R, the nozzle aperture, the minimum die thickness, the maximum die thickness, the moving stroke, the distance between the pull rods, the ejection method, etc. should be full.
Full-scale test model requirements, do a good job of preparation before driving.
The test equipment should be in accordance with the future production machines. This is because the technical parameters of the equipment are related to the technical standards of the test products. The fluctuation of temperature, the variation of pressure, the time of air circulation and the stability of mechanical and hydraulic transmission will affect the quality of the products. When the equipment with large clamping force is used to test the mould and transferred to the injection machine with small clamping force, the forming conditions may need to be changed.

In principle, raw materials should be used as specified in the drawings, because the die is designed according to the physical and mechanical properties of raw materials. It can also use raw materials with good fluidity, easy rapid curing and good thermal stability. The structure of the test die can truly reflect the distribution of the parts, rounded corners, wall thickness and reinforcing ribs of the product, and can be used as a reference for modifying the injection mould.
Mold inspection
Before the injection mould is installed in the injection machine, the mould should be inspected according to the mould drawings so as to find out the problems in time and repair the mould. According to the assembly drawing of injection mould, the shape size of the mould, the size of the positioning ring, the size of the inlet of the main channel, the sphere R size matching the nozzle, the inlet and outlet of cooling water, the height and width of the pressure plate pad can be checked. The gating system and cavity of the mould need to be opened for inspection. When the dynamic and fixed die are separated, the direction marking should be paid attention to so as not to make mistakes when closing.
Cooling pipes or heating lines
Connect the cooling water pipe or heating line of the mould for inspection. If the parting surface is hydraulic or motor, it should also be connected and inspected separately.
Tools and accessories
The test tool is a special tool for the test personnel, which is packed in a portable toolbox and easy to carry. Each debugger should be equipped with one set. Tools related to the test die are mechanical handles, pads, thermometers for checking die temperature, card measuring instruments for checking die size, tools for checking products, and necessary products such as copper rods, copper sheets and sandpaper commonly used in operation.
Inspection of inserts is very important. All kinds of inserts in the test die, including metal inserts, plastic inserts, rubber inserts, paper products inserts, as well as stereotypes used to ensure that products do not deform after forming, must be strictly tested to avoid damaging the die and causing irreparable losses.
